So that you can look up and carry out all your transactions in total security on your Investor space, Natixis Interépargne has taken all the necessary steps.

A secure site

On your Investor space, once you enter your identifier (company number and access code) and your password, your visits and transactions are encrypted in compliance with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This encryption guarantees the confidentiality and integrity of the information presented in this space.

The "security" symbols

From log on to log off: the protection that you must apply

1 - Your log on to the investor space
never use a link contained in an e-mail to log on. Enter the site address directly www.interepargne.natixis.fr on your browser or add it to your list of favorites to avoid having to retype it each time,
check that the Internet connection to the Investor space is secure (https + or ).

2 - Enter your identifiers (company number and server code) and your password
after three unsuccessful attempts to log on, your account is automatically deactivated.
In order to reactivate it, you have to make a request for a new password on the "investors page". Afterwards, you will have to wait until the receipt of your new password ( sent by mail ) to make any new connection or request on the website.

Be extremely vigilant on the provenance of fraudulent emails (phishing)
Natixis Interépargne will never ask for your access code or password by either mail or telephone. Any mail copying the graphic style and website name of Natixis Interépargne asking you for this type of information is fraudulent. If you receive any such mail, please notify us quickly by calling your usual La Ligne Epargnants correspondent at (+33) 2 31 07 73 20.

3 - Your password management
At your first log on with your temporary password, please change it by following the rules below:
create a password that is easy to remember,
avoid those that you already use for other services (e-mail for example),
do not write down your password do not tell anyone,
do not keep your password (and your identifiers) on your computer even if your browser asks you to.

Lost or stolen identifiers/password
If your identifiers and/or password are lost or stolen, please contact our La Ligne Epargnants advisors immediately to notify them at (+33) 2 31 07 73 20.

4 - Logging off the investor space
When you finish viewing your account or carrying out your operations, click on the button to exit the site. Then you can be sure that you are properly logged off.

Optimizing your computer's protection

Using your secure Investor space implies having optimum protection for your computer and complying with the following rules:
use an updated antivirus,
use a firewall to protect your computer against hackers from a third party network,
update your operating system on a regular basis,
use an anti-spyware that warns you when spy wares attempt to transmit some of your confidential data to third parties.

Stay alert!

check the date and time of the last log on when you access the home page of your Investor space,
check your account regularly and check the last operations carried out.
